office42 partnered with A Community of Friends and FSY Architects to provide interior design for West Terrace, a 64-unit apartment building that includes 56 permanent supportive housing units. Attention to detail is being made with every choice office42 is a part of, from the exterior ground colors to the community room's wallpaper accent, paint colors, tile backsplash, and pendant lights. Every space, including the offices, laundry lounge, and units have had care in meeting the specifications for furniture that is high quality, bedbug resistant, and on budget. Scope consists of an entry, large community room, offce spaces, conference room, laundry lounge, and 56 units made up of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. As architects and interior designers we are committed to providing furniture for West Terrace that adheres to universal design and ADA codes.
