FSY and office42 architecture partnered up to work on Community Corporation of Santa Monica's 50-unit affordable and permanent supportive housing building, Vista Ballona. office42 furnished 12 units for individuals with developmental disabilities which consisted of ADA-compliant furniture and specifications for visually-impaired tenants. Additionally, we designed office spaces, community areas and the playground, so the residents can enjoy the building's clean and comfortable aesthetic, on-site resources, and Westside views.
