A 7-bedroom vacant motel was re-envisioned and converted to an ADA-compliant 14-bed senior living center. The space has been outfitted with an on-site manager unit, a laundry room, a community room for gatherings and classes, a shared dining room, and a facility kitchen that serves three hot meals a day. All units have en-suite bathrooms and roll-in showers. The facility is a family-owned business dedicated to enriching the lives of their residents through quality retirement housing and compassionate personal care. The bright white units with inviting blue doors off the courtyard welcome the residents home. This project had an extremely low budget that was met by office42.
