Skid Row Housing Trust has three old Single Resident Occupancy buildings locted in the heart of Skid Row that consist of two PSH Facilities, Simone and Central One, both of which were long overdue for an upgrade. Building on past relationships with vendors for bed and furniture construction, the 226-units in each of these projects were furnished with beds, wardrobes, and offce furniture to need to fll out the needs of the supportive services in these existing apartment buildings. On a tight budget and timeline, the installation was completed foor-by-foor over many weeks to allow for the existing residents to be accommodated. Additionally, offce42 was able to gain donated furniture for these projects to help offset the costs and meet all needs of the residents.
