In partnership with Community Corporation of Santa Monica and DE Architects, office42 provided interior design services for Las Flores, a 73-unit affordable housing complex and the Maintenance Department's Office Headquarters. The apartment common spaces and offices with be furnished with colorful and clean aesthetics, while the maintenance office has Community Corp. of Santa Monica branding colors and decals throughout, as well as over 70 storage shelves for tools and other needs. This project includes a community room, office spaces, break rooms, a reception area, a warehouse, and 4 levels of outdoor space. office 42 is also consulting on finishes and millwork, to ensure the space performs optimally for the property staff and residents, as well as has synergy with the overall building design.
